I have been training with Damian for nearly three years now and am still finding the classes and PT session interesting and challenging!. This is because he not only listens to what I want to achieve but works closely with me to smash my individual goals. He keeps things interesting by coming up with new and different exercises and drills, and pushes me to reach milestones that I wouldn’t hit by myself. He can be tough but is very approachable, and I would thoroughly recommend him as first choice to anyone embarking on a fitness journey.

"I approached Damian from Evolution Training after I had my first baby.
Damian is a great trainer who helped me reach my goals post baby and made it fun along the way. Not only was he a great trainer but he was also fantastic with my baby. Often being called 'the baby whisperer'.
I have learnt many things having Damian as my trainer but probably the most memorable thing was him teaching me how to squat! That's right.... I could not do 1 squat prior to my training with Damo! I would recommend Damian to any new Mum looking for a fun and enjoyable way to get your pre baby body back.

"Having never been a ‘Gym’ guy but having always been involved in sport and fitness I love the outdoor boot camp/group fitness style. I came across Damian after researching a number of group fitness and PT’s in the area. What I found was a great group atmosphere to train with and hard but fun trainers.
Training with the Evolution QLD team is always a challenge (not matter what fitness stage your currently at) but one that you look forward to.
