Damian is a great trainer who helped me reach my goals post baby and made it fun along the way. Not only was he a great trainer but he was also fantastic with my baby. Often being called 'the baby whisperer'.
I have learnt many things having Damian as my trainer but probably the most memorable thing was him teaching me how to squat! That's right.... I could not do 1 squat prior to my training with Damo!
